Workshops

I love to teach others how to create their own floral decor. Watching people master a new skill, enjoy the creative process, and produce something totally personal for their own home, is always very satisfying.

No matter what your skill level, I can take you through the process of making your own wreath, bouquet or flower crown. Rather than a ‘paint by numbers’ approach, I like to offer a wide choice of beautiful materials, teach tried and tested methods, with as much or as little guidance as you prefer, and allow you to develop something personal. It’s always a total joy to see the variety of creations at the end of a session - all of them wonderful!

Christmas wreath making

a beautiful, natural Christmas wreath filled with textures and colour from evergreen foliage, dried flowers, berries and fir cones finished with a glossy red ribbon.

I will be running a limited number of Christmas wreath making workshops this year, and have a few dates available for private workshops.

24th November. Piccolino restaurant, Henley on Thames. 6-8pm £65pp

Enjoy a drink and some of Piccolino’s tasty canapés as you create your wreath from a wonderful selection of British-grown foliage, dried flowers, seed heads, grasses, fir cones …. lots of choice to make something very personal.

26th November. Harpsden Hall. From 6:30pm

A wonderful event in its 4th year. Enjoy wonderful grazing platters and a welcome drink before getting stuck in to making your wreath from a huge selection of locally foraged materials.

Private Workshops

Private workshops make a wonderful gift (or self-treat!) for a creative person.

I can highly recommend getting together with your favourite people to create something beautiful - seasonal wreaths and arrangements, or pieces to be used on a wedding day - flower crowns, button holes, bouquets, place settings….

For a more focused tutorial, my 1:1 or small group sessions offer the opportunity to really tailor the time towards what you aim to create, and to gain a deeper understanding of the materials we will work with - indeed how to grow and dry them yourself if that is something you are interested in.
